Dear President Wanda,

I am delighted to inform you that PDG Lion Rita's visit to our club meeting on 1st November has been most successful.  All our members present have taken a liking to her, and we are confident that the two clubs will enter into a most friendly relationship.

I have passed to PDG Lion Rita a covering letter together with the Twinning Document to be signed and filed with International by yourself.  Hope they are in order.

We took pleasure to show Lion Rita briefly one of our Lions Home for the Elders and look forward to our Twinning in March whereby a guided tour will be arranged for your visit.

At our monthly meeting yesterday it was agreed that we will jointly celebrate the Twinning together with our Club's 20th Anniversary with a Friendly Golf Tournament followed by Dinner, on either 12th or 20th March 2009.  If you can confirm your schedule of visit we will start the preparations.

Please also note that our District Convention is in April and not March as was told to PDG Lion Rita at our meeting last month.
